Included sticker delivery and order status: Canada and USA

HydraTag Pro is an app upgrade; the one free NFC sticker that comes with it is a small physical item that has to be posted. Delivery is being prepared for Canada and the USA, with dispatch from the Lower Mainland in British Columbia. Purchases and claims are not open yet.

What ships and what does not

Each Pro purchase includes one sticker in the version you choose, claimed from a dedicated delivery step inside the app (or a purchase-linked page the app opens) and posted in a plain envelope with a short setup note. The app itself is downloaded from Google Play; nothing else is shipped. Bottles are not included.

Shipping charges are still being confirmed

You pay shipping, and that is disclosed before you buy Pro. Retail shipping prices, package specifications, service eligibility and delivery estimates will be published before purchases open, and the actual shipping total with applicable tax will be shown before you pay for shipping. We are not taking pre-orders or collecting payment while these details are pending.

Order progress and carrier tracking

An order status can tell you that payment is confirmed, your sticker is packed, or the envelope has been dispatched. Carrier tracking is a separate service: an untracked postal option has no scan updates or tracking number, while a tracked service shows the carrier and number once dispatch is recorded. "Packed" means prepared, not yet handed to the carrier.

How you will pay and follow an order

The payment channel, confirmation and order-tracking details will be published before purchases open. Nothing is for sale yet and no payment is collected.

Returns, support and cross-border details

No physical return of the included sticker is required. Paid app refund rights and remedies for damaged or undelivered shipments still apply. Final terms will be published before purchases open. Do not assume a return window, duty treatment or delivery guarantee from this preparation page. For help, email support@hydra-tag.com.

While you wait, the free app is free on Google Play; see using the free app and what stays free and what Pro adds.
